Sign in using Microsoft Account
Once Microsoft SSO has been configured for your Portal, users can sign in using their Microsoft account credentials.

Prerequisites
- Ensure you belong to a group where the SSO permission is enabled.
- Microsoft SSO must be enabled in your Portal's SSO settings.
Steps
- Navigate to your Portal's sign-in screen.
- Select Sign in with Microsoft SSO.
- On the Microsoft sign-in screen, enter your email, phone, or Skype username and select Next.
- Enter your password and select Sign in.
- If this is your first time signing in, Microsoft may ask you to authorize the application. Select Accept to grant permission.
- After successful authentication, you are redirected to your Portal's homepage.
