Sign in using Microsoft Account

Once Microsoft SSO has been configured for your Portal, users can sign in using their Microsoft account credentials.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure you belong to a group where the SSO permission is enabled.
  • Microsoft SSO must be enabled in your Portal's SSO settings.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Portal's sign-in screen.
  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft SSO.
  3. On the Microsoft sign-in screen, enter your email, phone, or Skype username and select Next.
  4. Enter your password and select Sign in.
  5. If this is your first time signing in, Microsoft may ask you to authorize the application. Select Accept to grant permission.
  6. After successful authentication, you are redirected to your Portal's homepage.
